I tried not to jump around too much in this video! I go through how to navigate to this App, what’s different from our Classic View, what might be a good use for the Marketing app, and how this video is one of the updates to come out of my time at Intuit Connect. In our YAS Sandbox QBO file, the Marketing App doesn’t even show up! So I talked through this with them and learned that it is meant to be its own App, not another page within Customer Hub (this is the change from Classic view). Happy viewing!
