In this video, we walk through sending out feedback requests to your clients, what it looks like on their end, and how their responses flow back into your QBO file. And even how you can send a thank you note from your QBO file, all pretty handy. It’s really quite an efficient process and tool for managing customer feedback and being able to maintain this information all in one place. And also being able to see the accumulating history of responses from clients directly within their Customer Profile is invaluable. The one thing that I think Intuit needs to reevaluate is how Work Requests and Referrals don’t have anywhere to live and summarize the provided information from Customers. There are only the widgets. Hopefully they rethink this and provide a better way for those completed requests to accumulate. Happy viewing!
