Some benefits are that you can talk to a bookkeeper about specific issues in your file related to your business (whereas here, I don’t know the specifics of your business) and you can also ask tax related questions. Some downsides, though, are that you don’t necessarily have some “assigned” to you. I believe it’s someone new every time which can lead to inconsistency in responses, etc. You’ll know whether or not your business will receive value from this additional service (last time I was able to see a $ it was listed as $59/month but naturally that could have changed recently).
